Privacy Policy
The privacy policy applies to the Dérive ecobrand website. It takes into account the requirements of the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Act 25) and the protection of personal information (Access to Information Act; CQLR, chapter A 2.1) and any other applicable law or regulation. Its purpose is to inform you about the practices implemented regarding personal or confidential information .
Information transmitted automatically

- your name, first name and contact details (email, telephone number and postal address) so that the organization can contact you if further details are required.
If you are applying on behalf of someone else, you must provide:
- a consent form or power of attorney;
- or the mandate signed by this person, if you are a notary or lawyer.
If you wish to access the personal information of a deceased person, your status must be one of the following:
- estate liquidator (estate): you must provide the will and testament;
- beneficiary of life insurance or death benefit: you must present a document proving this status (life insurance contract, mortgage loan, travel insurance, etc.);
- heir: you must present a will search, a will or proof of your status (e.g. a birth certificate or marriage certificate) and demonstrate your interests or rights;
- person with parental authority: you must prove your title by means of a birth certificate.
